Returning a product

If you purchased a product on Aomais and feel that it just isn't right for you,please e-mail:support@aomais.com to begin the return.

Note:Please be sure to attach the order number and clearly write it on the outside of the box.Failure to do so may result in your package being refused or cause delays in processing your refund.Be sure to use a package-shipping service such as United Parcel Service,Federal Express or the United States Postal Service that is able to track shipments.

Exchanging a product

If you purchased your product at a Aomais store directly,you may exchange it at any Aoamis store.Aomais don't accept exchanges of Aomais products purchased from other retailers.
